Live Action TV shows- Flash S.3 Ep. 21

Quick review of the Flash episode, kinda boring this week just like the Arrow episode. Finally get to explain how *spoiler Barry became Savitar. Other than that not much else happened. I would like to see the Rogues again or some none speedster related villians. Any way yeah really touching scene was the Caitlin scene, hope she eventually comes back...
